The new Edo sofa system offers another type of solution for the seat design, separating the seat cushion from the seat base. 

Designed in 1968, it awarded the prize Compasso d’Oro and it is displayed in several museums in the world, like for example the Triennale in Milan, in Tokyo, in Moma in New York, and others.
